These terms of service constitutes an agreement made between you and tinajensenArt studio, located in Søborg, Denmark, concerning your access to and use of the tinajensenArt Studio’s website (www.tinajensenArt.com) as well as any related applications (the Site).

The Site provides an online portfolio to show artwork and purchase of original art from us. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our services available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time; your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check to determine whether the conditions have been changed.

Every care has been taken to photograph and show the  artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and color. However the image you see on line may differ depending on the browser, device and screen settings you use.  No responsibility can be taken for such inconsistencies. Specifications and images displayed on this site are for guidance  only and will not be accepted as a reason for returning an artwork. 

The Site may contain links to websites or applications operated by third parties. We do not have any influence or control over any such third party websites or applications or the third party operator. We are not responsible for any third party websites or applications or their availability or content.

We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure through the use of a secure, external payment process. Except as a consequence of provable negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.

Sales:

Artworks listed may be withdrawn at any time for reasons such as sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.

When you purchase physical goods from this site, our Purchase & Shipping conditions apply.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site and for using your own virus protection software.
