PURCHASING AND SHIPPING


Payments:

Payments are taken through Shopify payments or through PayPal. You do not need to have an account to purchase, you can use your credit card for payment.


Shipping:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship internationally. However if you are in a country with uncertain local shipping conditions and therefore require a courier, we can not fulfill your request. we do not ship with courier as of now.


Overseas shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Thank you for your understanding.


How soon will I receive my artwork after placing my order ?


Most orders will be shipped from Denmark within 5 business days. 


The delivery time depends on the destination. If the work is shipped outside EU , additional  time will be needed for custom clearance. 

Returns:

We want you to be fully happy with your new artwork.

If you´re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your artwork, and we´ll arrange a return.

Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely and undamaged returned I will refund your payment within 14 days, minus shipping costs.


Please note that if the artwork returns damaged or if it is not returned for any reason, you will not get a refund.


What if my painting arrives damaged?


All work is carefully packed and wrapped.

If your artwork gets lost or damaged in the mail,  please contact us and we´ll find a solution. In case of damage we will require a photo of the damaged parcel and the damaged artwork for our insurance company before we can make any refund.
